http://www.radioblogclub.com/open/81014/michael_buble/Michael%20Buble%20-%20Feeling%20Good At 7 am the water looked pretty calmed out almost flat like a mirror. We were thinking about going out. NOAA posted 5 to 10 from the east. And 4 ft waves max on the “Frying Pan Shoals”. We left South Port, NC (St mi 310) at 8:30. At 9 am Mark decided to go up the ICW.

We went to Wilmington, NC. to look at the war ship fixed up for memorial weekend.

Then headed to Mansoboro Inlet going through Wrighsville Beach, NC. We follow “Touched by the Sun” all the way to Beaufort, NC. At 25 knots average.

We pulled up al Beaufort Docks in Beaufort, NC (St mi 205) at 4 pm. We did 105 miles in 7 and a half hours. And burned 390 gallons of fuel. Frank tapped up the tank. Fuel was 2.84 per gallon which is more expensive than the other towns.

Then we went to dinner at “Dock House restaurant” a block north from the boat at the pretty waterfront and watched the “diamond city cruises” go by.
